Security
EUAuditPack security overview
This page summarizes the current customer-facing security posture for EUAuditPack. It covers the live service footprint, operational controls, and contact paths without claiming certifications or audit reports that are not published here.
Infrastructure providers
Application hosting on Vercel, PostgreSQL through Neon, and payments processed through Wise. These providers support the customer-facing application, the product database, and paid-plan billing.
Access controls
Product access is tied to authenticated accounts and active sessions. The public site is separate from authenticated workspace access, so customer content is not exposed through the marketing pages.
Encryption in transit
Traffic to the public site and application is served over HTTPS/TLS. We only make a public statement here about encryption in transit.
Backups and recovery
Service continuity depends on the underlying hosting and database providers plus internal recovery procedures. If a customer review needs the current backup or recovery approach, contact us for the latest customer-facing materials.
Vendor management
Current production providers are disclosed on the public subprocessors page. The list is kept focused on the confirmed providers used to operate the website and product.
Incident handling
Operational issues and potential security incidents are triaged through the relevant support, privacy, or legal contact path based on the nature of the issue, with customer follow-up handled through the same channels.
